The continuously developed stone chip repair system works with mechanical over/under pressure and is easy to apply. It does without the widely used fluorescent tubes and works with a modern 360° UV LED lamp.

The system is supplied together with high quality resins, which in comparison with conventional resin provides a better image and does not yellow.
This professional case contains three different resins for stone chip repair.
Top resin, high viscosity
High quality thick, top coat resin for all types of stone chip damage. This resin is used for final surface sealing of repaired stone chip damage. For professional repair of stone chip damage. This top resin cures under UV and visible light. Contains non-reactive solvents.
UV repair resin, medium viscosity
High quality low viscosity, medium viscosity, repair resin for all types of stone chip damage. The resin is ideal at temperatures from 25 °C. For professional repair of stone chip damage. This repair resin cures under UV and visible light. Contains non-reactive solvents.
UV repair resin, low viscosity
High quality low viscosity, low viscosity repair resin for all types of stone chip damage. The resin is ideal at temperatures up to 25 °C.
For professional repair of stone chip damage. Easy to process even with star fractures, stone chips and cracks. This repair resin cures under UV and visible light. Contains non-reactive solvents.

You are working with the professional laminated glass repair system VGR-1000 and have a stone chip whose position or the curvature of the pane makes working with the standard stand complicated or impossible? Then this “corner tool” is the right one for you! Especially for use with strongly curved panes or in corners that are difficult to reach, this stand is used.
The adjustment screw makes it easy to compensate for unevenness.
It is ideal for hard-to-reach places such as the corners of the pane or for highly curved panes. There is the version with quick release or screw thread of the older generation. Please keep this in mind when making your selection.
