General Terms and Conditions for Participation in further training events/autoglass seminars
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the further training events/auto glass seminars offered by KSA Toolsystems GmbH.
Registrations for continuing education events are to be made electronically via the online contact forms located on the website; registrations can be made in writing by sending an email to email@example.com.
With your registration you accept the validity of these GTC.
After receipt of your registration you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail about the reservation of the seminar place. Your offer will be accepted promptly by another e-mail in which we will send you a seminar/registration confirmation. In case of overbooking or non-acceptance of the registration for other reasons, you will also receive a further notification by e-mail. If you wish, we will put your interest on a waiting list and inform you when a place becomes available or we offer a repeat date.
At the latest 2 weeks before the event date, you will receive further details on the procedure as well as the invoice by e-mail. The contractual partner will be KSA Toolsystems GmbH, Werkstraße 14, 77815 Bühl.
3. event content, location and time
- Tool organization systems (time saving)
- Different cutting techniques (e.g. wire, knife, single cut)
- The current “Driving Assistance Safety Systems” (FAS)
- Diagnosis and calibration of camera systems
- Correct bonding of automotive glass (according to manufacturer’s specifications)
- Stone chip repairs with different systems
- Effect of stone impact resins and their effects on laminated glass
- Handling auto glass chemistry and its components. What characterizes a good adhesive?
- Cost-saving aids (e.g. clip-on cases or rain and light sensor technology).
- Order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Everything around sensor technology
- Scratch removal
- Customer consulting, sales talk
Training location is the KS Training Center, Werkstraße 14,7 7815 Bühl, Germany
The training takes place in the selected event week from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00.
4. participation price, scope of services
The participation fee includes participation in the seminar with the content described above, the seminar documents as well as the use of the seminar technology during the event.
Any applicable sales tax is not included in the participation fee.
Costs for the overnight stay in the hotel are included depending on the chosen package. For hotel bookings, meals in the morning and at noon are also included.
Following the seminar, they include a certificate of participation and further documents.
5. cancellation or withdrawal
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Participation in a technical seminar or training course can be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the start at the latest. If the cancellation is made at a later date, but before the start of the seminar, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged. If the cancellation is made during a technical seminar or course that has already begun, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price will be due.
Cancellation of a registration must be made in writing; the date of receipt by us shall be deemed to be the date of cancellation in due time. Any cancellation fees are to be transferred to the specified account within seven working days of receipt of the invoice.
The transfer of the right to participate to a substitute participant is possible at any time free of charge (does not apply to seminars that have already begun). Here, a binding registration of the substitute participant must be made and the transfer must be communicated accordingly.
6. cancellation or modification of the service offer
We reserve the right to cancel training events if the minimum number of participants is not reached up to one week before the event date. In addition, for organizational or other reasons, we may relocate the event in terms of space and time. In case of event cancellation, you will be informed immediately by e-mail. In the event of a postponement of the event date, you may cancel your participation in writing within one week of notification. In this case or in case of cancellation of the event date due to falling short of the minimum number of participants, you do not have to pay any participation fee.
Further liability or damage claims against the organizer are excluded.
If the selected event cannot take place due to other unforeseeable reasons, force majeure or other circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible, there shall be no entitlement to the event being held. This also applies to the claim for compensation for travel and accommodation expenses as well as loss of working hours.
The documents provided to the participant are for personal use only. They may not be used or published, not even in excerpts or in edited form, without consent.
Liability for damages in connection with the use of the premises exists only to the extent that the organizer or its legal representatives or agents can be accused of intent or gross negligence. Furthermore, the liability of the organizer for brought-in objects and valuables of the event participants is excluded. The above limitations or exclusions of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health.
